Mr. Edward Anti-Nyinaku is an approved and certified Board member of Subin-Akwaboso Rural Bank Plc. He was appointed as the first Board Chairman of the Bank since August, 2022. Mr Nyinaku attended his middle school at Adukrom United Middle Boarding in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He continued to complete his college education at Samuel’s Commercial College in Kumasi between 1972-1975. After College school, Mr Nyinaku started his work carrier as Accounts Clark at the Forest Research Institute in Ghana between 1976-1980). He then travelled to London where he pursued his educational carrier to obtain intermediate in Royal Society of Arts (RSA), London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA). He is a Fellow, The British Society of Commerce. Between 1983-1986, Mr Nyinaku worked as External Audit Manager for Nyanbgae and Company at Monrovia, Liberia. Later, he moved to Florida in the United State to join Carpet House Incorporation as the Chief Accountant, 7/11 Department of Southland Corporation group of Companies. Mr. Nyinaku also traveled to Italy where he stayed and worked with different companies such as Poultry Market Italia in Naples, Azi Market Italia in Perugia and Emmiji Zingaturia also in Pordone. He continued to live the rest of his life in Italy until 2002 when he finally decided to move to Ghana to enjoy his retirement with his loved family in Kumasi.
