CHEIF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Francis Azure is the CEO of Subin-Akwaboso Rural Bank Plc since August 2022. He has over Fifteen (15) years of experience in rural banking. He holds B.A Integrated Community Development from the University for Development Studies (UDS) and Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration (CEMBA) from KNUST-Kumasi and is currently pursuing certification from the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB). It is heartwarming to mention that under his leadership as CEO, the bank has made significant strides unprecedented in the history of rural banking in Ghana. The bank recently achieved remarkable accomplishments making him Transformational Leader of the year, rural Banking category and the bank, Most Promising rural Bank of the year at the 4th National Governance & Business leadership awards, 2024.

Mr. Augustine Ofori is an astute banker and experience financial professional with over 19 years of work experience in the financial Service industry. Augustine joined Subin-Akwaboso Rural Bank Plc. in Feb 2025 as the internal Audit Manager. He was with Sekyere Rural Bank for not less than 14years, where he worked in different Capacities Such as, Credit Officer, Teller and highly recognized member of the Audit team. He holds a Master of business administration (MBA) in finance from the University of winneba-Kumasi and a first-degree accounting from the Catholic University College of Ghana-Fiapre. He is currently a student of institute of chartered accountants Ghana (ICAG). He has a strong analytical skill. He has a proven track records in improving accuracy, financial and operational compliance, reducing cost, data analysis and Strict adherence to procedures and internal controls.
